Refunds

We take great pride in offering the best printing and goods available, so if there are any problems with quality that could have been predicted and prevented before your order was shipped, we would be pleased to replace or refund any items that don't live up to your expectations.

If a claim is determined to be an error on our end, it will be replaced at no cost to you and will be reimbursed by us (less any return shipping costs that you bear).

Nothing in the following policy will prevent us from making every effort to completely address any concerns you may have and ensure everyone involved is satisfied, wherever feasible.

APPROPRIATE RETURNS

To be eligible for a reimbursement or exchange for your order To be eligible for a refund or exchange for your order, you need to meet the requirements listed below:

Refund requests or replacement orders for items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective must be made within 4 weeks of your receipt of the product. All claims for packages misplaced during transportation must be filed no later than four weeks following the scheduled delivery date.

Before returning the item or filing a claim, you must use our "Contact Us" form if you discover a problem with the products after you receive them.

The address of the manufacturing and distribution site where the damaged item originated must be received back. This is printed rather plainly on the delivery's accompanying paperwork. When As soon as the returned item is received, you will receive a confirmation email.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

The shipment will be returned to our facilities if the courier deems the address you provide insufficient, and it is not delivered. Once we have verified an updated address with you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment (if and as applicable).

UNCLAIMED ORDERS:

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facilities, and you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges (if and when applicable).

You hereby agree that any unclaimed orders resulting from incorrect delivery addresses will be donated to charity if you do not claim (or update a suitable address for) any such orders.

A CUSTOMER MISTAKE

Since every one of our goods is made to order we are regretfully unable to issue refunds for orders that have been "ordered in error," regardless of the design, colour, type, or size. These orders are carefully chosen and printed one at a time by independent manufacturers and printers.

Since size exchanges are at our expense, they will only be permitted under special circumstances and at our discretion. As such, we retain the right, in our sole discretion, to reject returns if the size, colour, style, or kind of goods changes, a new order would need to be placed at your expense.

Thus, the right of withdrawal may not be granted in accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011, on consumer rights:

The delivery of items that are expressly customised or manufactured to the customer's demands;

Sealed items that were opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygienic or health-related reasons

This Policy shall be regulated and understood exclusively in English, notwithstanding any translations performed for whatever reason.
